George Ware

PRESIDENT
George joined his father, Tad Ware, in the family business in 2003 and has run our company since 2017. A 20-year veteran of the marketing industry, he had gigs at some of San Francisco’s top agencies before returning home to join TW&C. He has worked with companies in consumer goods, food, software technology and medical, including AT&T, Medtronic, Arctic Cat, Ecolab, Schwan’s, Hormel and Kroger. George is an avid skier and foodie when not at work.

FUN FACT: George speaks Japanese…Domo Arigato!

Betsy Yarosh

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – SALES
Betsy has spent the majority of her marketing career as a content development specialist, focusing primarily on general lifestyle and food. For Betsy, there is nothing more gratifying than helping clients connect with their customers through strategically sound and highly relevant content. Her clients have included Kroger, Ocean Spray, Daisy Brand, ConAgra, Mars Food and Royal Caribbean.

FUN FACT: Betsy has a goal to visit all seven continents. Five down, Australia and Antarctica to go!

Ben Solberg

VICE PRESIDENT – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ben returned to Tad Ware as Managing Director in 2018, after spending two years at Mirum, a global digital agency. Prior to that, he was our VP of Digital and Client Services for five years. He has extensive B2C and B2B experience in marketing and strategy in a wide array of industries ranging from food and foodservice, CPG, healthcare and tech, working with companies such as UnitedHealthcare, IBM, Cargill, Medtronic, Bakemark and Emerson. In a past life, Ben co-founded and ran a from-scratch ice cream company and spent 12 years as a performing musician.

FUN FACT: Ben has a healthy fear of the ocean thanks to being stung by a man-o-war.

Rance Rand

CONTROLLER
Rance ensures that we maintain financial stability and have the resources needed to serve our clients in whatever capacity they demand. He came to TW&C after holding finance and/or accounting positions for an engineering firm, a local newspaper and a non-profit organization. Rance is an avid golfer, traveler and volunteer. He is currently on multiple non-profit boards and enjoys serving in the community and mentoring kids.

FUN FACT: In New Zealand, Rance whitewater-rafted on the Kaituna River, which includes Tutea Falls – the tallest commercially rafted waterfall in the world.

Dan Hannon

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Dan is a proud Wisconsinite and rabid Cheesehead sports fan, but we love him anyway. He’s a talented Creative Director and a skilled designer who lives for developing brands and helping companies find their voice in the modern marketing age. Dan has worked for a large and diverse group of clients, including Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, Corval Group, Ecolab, Hormel and General Mills.

FUN FACT: Dan is the only known person to have accidentally but successfully landed two ducks using a fly rod. Both were happily and safely released afterwards.

Elder Carson

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Elder began his career deeply ingrained in print design, primarily at Yamamoto and Thomas Design Group. Yet, as our industry changed, he evolved his craft to include digital and video expertise for clients in med-tech, financial services, food, retail and hospitality, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, 3M, Kemps, Sun-Maid, Target, Williams-Sonoma, U.S. Bank, Gray Plant Mooty Law and CHS.

FUN FACT: Elder is an accomplished cook; friends even save frozen leftover lobster shells for him, just so he can make stock for Bouillabaisse.
